POLICY DETAILS
Free standard UPS Ground shipping is available on qualifying orders of $300 or more shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal before taxes and after any discounts applied. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies — no promo code required.
We offer UPS Ground (2-7 business days within the continental US), UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®. Available methods are filtered by your account's shipping group and your ship-to address. Transit times exclude warehouse processing (typically 0-2 business days). UPS does not guarantee transit times during peak season (Black Friday through New Year) or in the case of weather-related service disruptions.
UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select are not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO military addresses. Orders shipping to these destinations are eligible for UPS 2nd Day Air® only. The free shipping threshold above does NOT apply to non-continental US destinations — a flat shipping fee starting at $40 (scaling with order size, capped at $300) applies to all non-CONUS orders regardless of subtotal. The exact rate is shown at checkout before payment.
Items containing lithium-ion batteries above DOT/IATA passenger-air thresholds (most powerbanks; speakers above a certain capacity) ship via UPS Ground only and cannot be expedited via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. When a cart contains both restricted and unrestricted items, you may have the option to split the order into two shipments at checkout.
International orders are quoted on a per-shipment basis using UPS Worldwide services. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Contact support@balajiwireless.com for an international shipping quote before placing an international order.
BALAJI Wireless is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses entered at checkout. Address corrections requested after shipment incur a UPS address-correction fee that is passed through to the customer. Please verify your saved addresses in your account before placing an order.
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Promotional free shipping offers (if any) are honored only on orders placed during the promotional window. Pricing displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final pricing.
